There's something about December that makes me so happy.
Maybe it's the rain finally showing its face in California, the new skin on the blog, the tree in the living room, or just the general feel of the holidays.
Or maybe it's the fact that

in... how many days since we started the raffle
we have already raised $50!!! That's enough for our goat - all by December 1st!!
With this kind of progress we'll be able to far surpass our goal!
